Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and capable Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Finance department. This is a broad and hands-on role overseeing financial, payroll, trading, and fundraising functions. You’ll manage reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems across Ruyton Limited and its associated entities. With regular reporting to the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board, this role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making.

Ideal for a CPA/CA-qualified professional ready to take the next step in their career, this role offers autonomy, impact, and genuine scope for growth.
