Position Summary Ruyton is seeking a dedicated Head of Rowing to lead a contemporary, best-practice rowing program that fosters excellence in strategy, operations, people management, and culture.
Committed to the School’s vision and values, the Head of Rowing will prioritise the welfare, development, and wellbeing of each student while fostering a positive and supportive environment. They will uphold the Community Code of Conduct, ensuring that Ruyton students train and compete with integrity, sportsmanship, and mutual respect for their peers
