This unique new role will suit a hospitality professional with wide-ranging operational and management experience across large and successful function centres.
The position will involve setting up and running an Australian owned restaurant, cafe and events venue in Melbourne. We are looking for someone with the vision and passion to bring to life a welcoming, premium centre that will cater to a wide range of clientele and functions. Opening dates are planned for late autumn/early winter 2021.
With a focus on Australian contemporary food and beverage offerings, the venue is approximately one hour from the CBD. With plenty of open space and nature right on the doorstep, the established property and function centre has the potential to become a glorious, family-friendly restaurant and business function facility.
The owners envisage it becoming not only a beautiful choice for a glorious day trip from the city but also a welcoming and stunning location for local diners to enjoy the impressive, locally sourced cuisine.
