This role is a brilliant mix of customer service, administration and lower level sales activities. Strong and clear communication across both customers and internal sales specialists will be the key to your success.
It is essential you have strong telephonic communication skills, and as the voice down the end of the line, you represent our firm with professionalism and respect at all times.
You will also need highly competent attention to detail, foresight to avoid any scheduling clashes or impending issues across availability across all meeting parties, and an interpersonal style that allows you to build rapport quickly, both with our team and with our valued customers.
