Following sustained growth and continued investment in AI and cloud across ANZ, a global consulting leader is expanding its Google Business Group and has created a mandate for a Managing Director – AI & Cloud to drive enterprise transformation at scale.

This is a front-of-market origination role, focused on opening strategic conversations, shaping transformation agendas, and activating complex programs in partnership with Google Cloud.

You will engage directly with executive stakeholders to redefine how organisations operate in an AI-first world, moving beyond technology adoption into true business reinvention.

• Originate and shape complex enterprise transformation opportunities
• Lead senior client conversations across AI, cloud and operating model change
• Frame business-led value propositions, linking technology to measurable outcomes
• Build and expand joint opportunities with Google Cloud stakeholders
• Qualify and structure early-stage deals, guiding them through to execution
• Mobilise multi-disciplinary teams to support pursuit strategy and delivery alignment

• Track record of originating and shaping large, complex enterprise deals
• Background in consulting, advisory, or enterprise technology environments
• Established ANZ enterprise network (Sydney/Melbourne)
• Strong credibility with C-suite and senior decision-makers
• Ability to connect AI and cloud capability to business transformation outcomes
• Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, influence, and execution
