As the Account Executive, you will drive strategic enterprise transformation across Cloud, Data & AI within a high-growth, AI-led digital engineering consultancy scaling rapidly across ANZ.

This is a growth-stage consultancy building long-term enterprise relevance — not a transactional services business. The Opportunity This is a new-business role focused on originating, shaping and closing complex, multi-tower enterprise transformation engagements across ANZ.
You will operate as a senior individual contributor with executive exposure and strong internal delivery alignment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive new enterprise logo acquisition
- Shape and position Cloud, Data & AI-led transformation programs
- Engage CIO, CTO, CDO and Digital executives
- Structure multi-year commercial models and strategic frameworks
- Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle from origination to close
- Collaborate closely with Digital Engineering, Cloud and Data tower leads
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline governance
What You Bring - 6–10+ years enterprise IT Services / Digital sales experience
- Proven success selling Cloud, Data, AI or Digital Engineering solutions
- Experience structuring complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing models, SLAs and annuity agreements
- Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP co-sell environments
- Strong understanding of Australian enterprise procurement cycles
- Executive-level communication and negotiation capability
The Package - $180,000–$220,000 Base + Super
- 50/50 OTE structure
- Enterprise-scale transformation exposure
