The Opportunity

• Full ownership of ANZ strategy, execution, and revenue performance. Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team while driving large, multi-year enterprise platform deals across enterprise and regulated sectors.
• The focus is accelerating SaaS adoption and embedding the platform deeper into complex environments.
• This is a growth-critical role focused on scaling SaaS and platform revenue across cyber resilience, cloud, and data now firmly embedded at CIO, CISO, and board level.

What You Bring

• 10+ years ANZ Sales Leader (Director / AVP level)
• Built and scaled high-performing sales teams, with a clear track record of developing leaders and driving performance through coaching.
• Balances commercial outcomes with integrity and trust, building long-term relationships across customers and teams.
  Proven delivery of $40M+ revenue targets
• Background in cyber, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms
• Experience leading enterprise, partner-led sales motions
• Strong C-suite engagement and team leadership capability
