Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and joining the Executive Team, the Executive Manager, Community Connections will lead a portfolio generating approximately $40 million in annual revenue. With responsibility for a large, multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed workforce, the role oversees support at home, therapy and wellness, community nursing, social support and transition care services. Key priorities include the ongoing implementation of the new support at home model, strengthening operational consistency and workforce capacity, growing differentiated therapy, wellness and clinical services and introducing contemporary technology and service models that improve both client outcomes and commercial sustainability.
We are seeking an accomplished executive or senior leader who combines commercial judgement, operational credibility and a genuine commitment to aged care. You will bring experience leading a substantial service portfolio preferably within aged care, community care, health, disability or a similarly complex human services environment, together with a strong understanding of the aged care reform agenda and support at home requirements. Proven success leading growth, change and dispersed workforces will be important, as will the ability to use financial and operational insights to improve performance. Visible, resilient and collaborative, you balance empathy with accountability and can bring people with you through sustained sector, workforce and technology change. You will also bring relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent depth of executive leadership experience.
