Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, this is a career-defining opportunity to step into one of the organisation’s most influential commercial roles. Leading key partnerships across Coles and Woolworths, you will operate well beyond traditional account management, shaping customer strategy, influencing internal commercial direction and driving profitable growth across nationally recognised brands. You will navigate complex retailer negotiations, develop long-term joint business plans and uncover opportunities that extend beyond standard promotional cycles. Working closely with leadership, supply chain and operations, you will bring a commercially disciplined and insight-led approach that balances customer outcomes with broader business performance.
An ambitious and commercially astute FMCG professional, you thrive in fast-paced and high-accountability environments. You may currently be operating within a large beverage, liquor or consumer business and looking for the opportunity to broaden your influence beyond the confines of a highly layered corporate structure. You are analytically sharp, confident in negotiation environments and capable of building strong relationships without losing commercial perspective.
