They understand that facility’s needs may vary, and it is their priority to help each organisation offer each patient the care they need.
They are now seeking a General Manager to lead the business into its next phase of growth. Reporting to and working closely with the Board of Directors, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the profitability, growth and sustainability of the organisation. Developing the overall business strategy and vision, you will drive and empower the existing team to deliver the day-to-day operations, develop services and manage projects to ensure a suitable business model. You will identify ways to expand existing services and continue to build on the positive partnerships already in place. Inspiring a sense of purpose, you will lead and direct all aspects of operational and financial management, strategic planning and ensure governance practices and policies are aligned to the strategic direction. This is a hands-on, commercially-focused role centred on winning contracts, growing revenue, strengthening relationships and scaling operations.
This role requires an engaging and innovative leader, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build partnerships that are both commercially viable and value-adding. The ability to think strategically, with strong planning and analytical skills, you will manage relationships through a lens for business growth. Proven experience leading teams and managing Board expectations and governance, you will have a proven track record of successful leadership and proven experience in tendering and panel processes in small to medium-size businesses in the healthcare industry. You will be a strong people and culture leader, inspiring your team while managing operational, financial and strategic priorities.
