• 3:1 Roster FIFO

About the Role 
As a FRP supervisor with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Oversee day-to-day form, reo, and concrete pour activities on site, ensuring work is safe and on schedule.
• Coordinate carpenters, steel fixers, and labourers, making sure formwork and reinforcement are ready ahead of pours.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to confirm formwork setup and reinforcement placement are correct before concrete placement.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. 
• Conduct pre-pour inspections to check alignment, bracing, and safety compliance.
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and concrete crews to plan pours and maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and daily reporting.

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience as a supervisor on site.
• Minimum 5+ years in formwork, reo fixing, and concrete pouring
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. 
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Someone with their own tools.  
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card
• additional tickets highly desirable, ewp, tele, wah
• Availability to start ASAP
