We are looking for 2 people to on a temporary basis to undertake some data cleansing of our clients records. You will need a confident telephone manner as you will be approaching existing customers, clarifying information contained is correct and updating information.
The role is expected to last 3 weeks and we are looking for both people to start on Monday the 18th of November.
 
The role as a temporary admin support:

• Working in our clients office in Stafford, on the technology park.
• Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (hour unpaid lunch)
• £11.50- £13.50 per hour depending on experience
• Agency workers rights appy – you will accrue Holiday pay for the hours you work.
• Weekly paid.

 
Skills you will need to be successful in this secretary's  role:

• You must have excellent attention to detail,
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate, Microsoft excel and word. Along with updating the CRM.
• The ability to communicate, clearly and effectively over the telephone – around 80% of the work will be telephone based.
• You will need to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions

 
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a customer focused position and be great a solving problems quickly.
