About the Role
No cold calling needed, this role is all about candidate and client management.
You will be responsible for dealing with candidates and clients on a day to day basis, managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
Dealing with key decision makers such as site managers, line managers and project managers.
Identifying new potential candidates through in-bound ad-response and word of mouth.
You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to date database of active candidates within the construction industry in order to discover new opportunities every year!
About the Candidate
Someone with a strong desire to build and maintain professional working relationships
Outgoing, tenacious and competitiveness are all skills that would lend well to this position.
Strong desire to progress within the company
Fantastic communication skills – both in person and over the phone
Ability to be able to work towards monthly retention targets
Ideally degree educated with a background in construction or manual labour (neither of these are essential)
Salary / Package / Benefits.
Competitive Salary of £30K with a discretionary bonus at the end of the year
Increase to £35K for Y2
Hybrid working (4 days in office in Central London)
