• You will primarily be responsible directly managing sales managers and billing reps beneath
• Managing revenue targets
• Driving growht
• Securing new commercial partnerships and sponsorship revenue globally
• Encouraging and overseeing cross selling within a portfolio of events
• Working on various conference campaigns within multiple regions
• Fully remote position (Option of office days If preferred)

• At least 4 years sales experience in any industry or sector (Events Preferable)
• At least 1.5 years of management experience – Ideally experience managing other managers!
• Comfortable building relationships with multiple key stakeholders including C-Suite
• Strong desire to progress within the organisation

• Salary £50k – £70K + Uncapped Commission
