At Axiom Project Services, you will work with a team of engineering professionals dedicated to the successful delivery of our clients’ projects. Through the provision of high-end project engineering services, from estimating and cost control to the delivery of major infrastructure and resources projects, you are assured career development with the best the industry has to offer. You will support projects through concept, feasibility, and execution phases for clients that include Tier 1 resource companies, energy infrastructure developers, government-owned corporations, engineering firms, and constructors.
 
Open Positions:
With our workload expected to increase over the next year, Axiom is looking to recruit a number of professionals who are skilled in project engineering, preferably with some level of experience in project controls disciplines.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering or construction projects (preferably 2–5 years)
• Some experience in project controls disciplines, i.e., scheduling, cost control, contract administration, or estimating.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree
• Working towards Engineers Australia Stage 2 Competency/CPEng or equivalent
• A desire to gain on-the-job training and further their experience in project controls disciplines
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and team skills

Site Work and Travel Requirements:
Be prepared to work at project sites, either locally or overseas, with potential temporary relocation or a fly-in, fly-out roster basis. Remuneration uplifts may be applied based on site conditions.

Remuneration and Career Growth:
Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary package of $80,000–$120,000 commensurate with experience + superannuation, with opportunities for rapid promotion in line with developed skills.
