Bid & Operations Manager | Dubai
 
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique architecture and interior design consultancy in Dubai that specializes in delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the UAE and international markets. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Bid & Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process while driving operational efficiency across the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full bid lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information for submissions.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, capability statements, and prequalification documents.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.
• Maintain bid pipelines, trackers, and company credentials.
• Support operational planning, project coordination, and process improvements.
• Assist senior management with reporting, resource planning, and business performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.

 
Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, operations, or project coordination.
• Previous experience within architecture, interior design, engineering consultancy, construction, or design & build sectors.
• Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
