Junior Interior Designer (Emirati Talent)
 
We are currently partnering with an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design consultancy, to appoint a Junior Interior Designer (Emirati Talent) to join their team in Dubai. This opportunity is open to only Emirati Talent looking to build their career within a leading design consultancy and gain exposure to high-quality projects.
 
This role supports the organisation's Emiratisation programme.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support design development including mood boards, concept presentations, and space planning
• Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories
• Support site visits, measurements, and preparation of project documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and senior designers
• Prepare client presentations and assist with design revisions
• Ensure all designs meet relevant codes and internal quality standards

 
Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of design principles including colour, lighting, materials, and spatial planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and respond to client requirements
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluent in Arabic and English
