Job Title: International Business Development Executive / Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 20,000 per month + annual performance bonus

Job Summary: A leading German kitchen and furniture brand is seeking an experienced sales professional to join the Business Development team. The role will support regional partners to achieve sales, margin, marketing and brand development objectives across retail and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development across GCC/MENA, working closely with distributors/partners on retail and project sales.
• Set sales targets, define strategy and ensure targets and margin objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, interior designers, key accounts and distributor teams.
• Promote and specify the brand to leading developers, consultants and designers in the region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand and promotion plans; support marketing activities.
• Deliver training to distributor/partner staff on products and brand value proposition.
• Manage proposal development: coordinate timelines, prepare draft proposals and support submission processes.
• Maintain and update the business development database and produce MIS reports to track activities and performance.
• Coordinate between German HQ/factories, the Middle East office and regional partners.
• Travel extensively across MENA, Asia and Africa as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in kitchens, furniture, building materials or interior design, within GCC/MENA.
• Prior experience in a multinational company preferred.
• Proven track record in key account management and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and proposal-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
