Role Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle within the showroom—from initial client interaction to quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation. This role combines commercial objectives with advisory expertise, working closely with Business Development and internal teams to deliver a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Showroom Sales and Client Management
Welcome and engage clients visiting the showroom with a professional and personalized approach
Understand client needs, lifestyle, budget, and timelines to propose tailored solutions
Act as a trusted advisor across furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and lighting categories
Opportunity Management and Conversion
Manage assigned leads and showroom traffic from Business Development and Marketing
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with brand positioning
Lead negotiations and follow-ups to convert opportunities into confirmed orders
Ensure deal closures protect margins and brand value
Collaboration with Design and Technical Teams
Coordinate layouts, drawings, renderings, and technical clarifications when required
Ensure project details are complete and accurate prior to order confirmation
CRM, Reporting, and Process Compliance
Manage leads, opportunities, quotations, and orders accurately in the CRM system
Maintain updated pipeline and forecast data
Follow internal sales processes and workflows
Client Retention and Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with clients, designers, and repeat customers
Encourage repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities
Represent the brand with professionalism and sensitivity
Required Skills and Experience: Experience
2-5 years of experience in sales within luxury furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, interiors, or real estate
Experience managing private clients and design-driven projects in the UAE
Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury design
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
CRM proficiency (Odoo is a plus)
