Position: Senior Interior Designer, FF&E (luxury Residential)
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000 per month
5 days in the office.
 
Our client, a leading international interior design and architectural studio, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer - FF&E to join their expanding Dubai team. With a strong reputation for delivering award-winning luxury projects, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile residential schemes and international commissions within a practice renowned for its attention to detail and signature "modern luxury" aesthetic.
 
Role Overview

• Job Title: Senior Interior Designer - FF&E
• Work Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm
• Location: Dubai

 
Key Requirements

• Must be a Dubai resident or hold a valid Emirates ID
• Full, clean driving licence (essential for site visits)
• Full-time, in-studio role (not remote)
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between UK and Middle East offices

 
Experience & Skills

• Degree or recognised qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 8 years' professional experience, with a focus on luxury residential FF&E
• Experience in yacht design highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and inspire a small design team
• Strong knowledge of the design process from concept to installation
• Track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects
• Skilled in sourcing and procurement of FF&E including furniture, fabrics, wallpapers, lighting, flooring, and sanitaryware
• Confident in client-facing situations including presentations, meetings, and project correspondence
• Strong space planning capabilities
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior designers

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple luxury projects in Dubai and internationally, from concept through to completion
• Create comprehensive mood boards and presentations for clients
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and design documentation
• Develop accurate project schedules (lighting, finishes, curtains, furniture production, etc.)
• Manage sourcing and specification of FF&E within budget parameters
• Oversee installation and styling phases, liaising closely with clients and contractors
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and innovations
• Attend trade fairs and networking events to maintain supplier relationships and industry presence
