Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 35,000 - 40,000 per month

The Role We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Delivery to oversee the successful execution of interior design projects. This leadership role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the design and build process, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end interior design projects.
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage client relationships and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Implement and refine delivery processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery within the interior design or fit-out industry.
• Proven track record managing luxury residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle, procurement, and site coordination.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
