Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Sales Support professional to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the sales and technical teams, ensuring clients receive accurate product information, support, and solutions tailored to their needs.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the sales team and clients regarding product specifications and applications
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales support or a similar role
• Strong understanding of industrial or engineering products
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• UAE experience preferred
