Job Title: Procurement Engineer - Paints & Coatings Industry

Salary: AED 15,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Engineer to manage sourcing, vendor relations, and material procurement for the coatings division. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics within the paints and coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and equipment for production.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the coatings or chemicals industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Knowledge of UAE market and import/export regulations is a plus.
