Job Title: Retail Manager - Autopaints, Wood Coatings & Industrial Products
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 20,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the retail operations for Autopaints, Wood Coatings, and Industrial Products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail dynamics, product knowledge in coatings and chemicals, and a passion for customer engagement and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of retail outlets in Umm Al Quwain.
• Drive sales performance across autopaints, wood coatings, and industrial product lines.
• Lead and train retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional strategies to boost footfall and sales.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in paints, coatings, or chemicals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with retail operations in the UAE market is a plus.
