Salary: AED 32,000 per month

Their industrial chemicals division plays a critical role in delivering advanced solutions for a wide range of commercial and manufacturing applications.
 
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Industrial Chemicals Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing and distribution, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving growth, innovation, and profitability within the division.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the industrial chemicals business.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including production, sales, and R&D.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial chemicals, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development and operational management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in the GCC region is highly desirable.
