About the Role
 
Looking for a dynamic and accountable Project Manager to join a forward-thinking interior design and fit-out practice based in the UAE. This freelancer role is your chance to lead turnkey projects that span from luxury residences to sleek office environments. You'll partner directly with clients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure delivery that's on-time, on-budget, and design-forward.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out projects from initiation to handover, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate across design, procurement, contractors, and on-site teams to align tasks and phases.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and contracts; take corrective action where deviations occur.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health/safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Facilitate smooth client communication, reporting milestones and updates effectively.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive project adjustments to stay on course.

Requirements

• Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management degree.
• 4-5 years of project management experience, specifically in interior fit-outs for residential and office spaces.
• Strong grasp of project lifecycle, contracts, procurement, and site coordination.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid command of budgeting tools, scheduling software, and MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and on-site management practices is preferred.
