Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Salary: AED 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a dynamic team of strategists, designers, and storytellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of commercial interior design projects and a passion for creating spaces that provoke thought, foster brand awareness, and resonate with target demographics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion
• Collaborate with branding and graphic design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
• Develop mood boards, presentations, and detailed design documentation
• Oversee FF&E selection, material sourcing, and supplier coordination
• Manage client relationships and present design concepts with confidence
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial interior design
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
