Job Title: FF&E Designer - Hospitality
Location: United Arab Emirates - Dubai
Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000/month

A global design consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and creative FF&E designer to join its Dubai studio, with a focus on luxury hospitality interiors. This role is open exclusively to candidates who are currently based in Dubai and available for immediate interviews.
The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for materials, finishes, and furnishings, and a deep understanding of how FF&E contributes to the overall guest experience. You'll be working on high-profile hotel and resort projects, collaborating closely with interior designers and procurement teams to deliver exceptional environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment for hospitality interiors
• Develop mood boards, sample presentations, and FF&E schedules aligned with project vision
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and procurement teams to ensure quality and budget compliance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global design trends, materials, and finishes
• Prepare documentation for client presentations and tender packages
• Support the design team in creating cohesive and elevated spatial experiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E design, with a strong portfolio in hospitality projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and global supplier networks
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and design documentation tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be currently based in Dubai
