Job Title: Bid Coordinator
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 10,000 - 12,000/month

An award-winning international design consultancy is seeking a highly organised and deadline-driven Bid Coordinator to join its Dubai studio. This role is suited to candidates already based in the UAE and available for immediate interviews.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents for high-profile interior design and architecture projects across the region.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and compile bid submissions, EOIs, and RFP responses
• Liaise with internal teams to gather project data, CVs, and case studies
• Maintain and update bid content libraries and templates
• Track bid deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all submissions
• Support marketing and business development teams with proposal strategy
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination within the design, architecture, or construction sectors
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and document management systems
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Must be currently based in Dubai
