Position: Business Development Executive - Industrial Paints
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 15,000AED

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected UAE-based industrial conglomerate with over six decades of innovation across automation, electrical, mechanical, and surface coating technologies. The company's industrial division is renowned for delivering high-performance coating systems to key sectors including infrastructure, energy, and construction across the region.

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your mission will be to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the industrial paints segment by acquiring new customers, retaining existing accounts, and achieving assigned sales, margin, and customer development targets. You will also be responsible for optimizing CRM compliance, aged inventory liquidation, and receivables support - all while ensuring strong alignment between commercial activities and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new industrial clients and convert leads into sustainable long-term accounts
• Manage key client relationships and champion retention strategies
• Drive sales growth through deep understanding of paint formulations, technical specs, application methods, and substrate compatibility
• Ensure CRM accuracy: track quotations, manage leads, maintain customer data, and enforce follow-up protocols
• Collaborate with demand planning and inventory teams to liquidate aged stock strategically
• Support receivables processes by coordinating account documentation and follow-ups with Finance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in coatings or construction solutions
• Strong grasp of industrial paint systems and technical product knowledge
• Proven success managing client portfolios and driving new business acquisition
• Proficient in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and reporting
• UAE market experience highly preferred; technical/engineering background is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
