Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit-Out
Salary: AED 15,000-18,000/month

A leading UAE-based interior fit-out contractor with over 25 years of experience is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dubai. Renowned for delivering sustainable, high-quality workplace solutions, the company specializes in commercial, healthcare, and education projects across the region.

Role Overview The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency across fit-out projects. This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects
• Manage project budgets, track variations, and produce cost reports
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure cost control and value engineering
• Support contract administration and post-contract commercial management
• Assist in procurement strategies and subcontractor negotiations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years' experience in interior fit-out or construction cost management
• Strong understanding of UAE market rates, contracts, and procurement practices
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
