Job Title: Business & Investment Analyst
Salary: AED 35,000/month
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
 
A leading industry group based in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Business & Investment Analyst to support global financial strategy and decision-making. Operating within a highly regulated market, the company prioritizes sustainability, growth, and manufacturing excellence. This role is critical in evaluating investment opportunities, managing financial planning, and delivering insights to senior leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment feasibility studies across CAPEX, M&A, ESG, and regional expansion initiatives
• Build financial models and conduct scenario analyses to assess regulatory and market impacts
• Conduct cost analysis, prepare P&L forecasts, and support long-term budgeting strategies
• Assess investment proposals using valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR, and payback period
• Monitor global industry trends and regulatory developments affecting operations
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive financial performance and risk management
• Support the Group Operations Director with board-level reports and stakeholder presentations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CFA or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A, investment analysis, or manufacturing finance
• Industry experience in tobacco, FMCG, or highly regulated sectors is advantageous
• Expertise in Power BI, financial modeling, and ERP systems
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong presentation and communication skills
