Job Title: Senior Treasury Analyst
Salary: AED 35,000/month
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A prominent regional group headquartered in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to oversee liquidity management, financial risk mitigation, and banking relationships across its operations. This pivotal role ensures effective cash control, regulatory compliance, and strategic treasury support in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the successful candidate will possess deep treasury expertise and a proactive, process-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast short- and long-term liquidity needs
• Execute fund transfers, intercompany loans, and bank reconciliations
• Manage and negotiate banking relationships, accounts, and KYC compliance
• Support debt financing activities and advise on surplus cash investment strategies
• Identify and mitigate financial risks (FX, interest rate, counterparty)
• Prepare treasury reports and ensure audit and regulatory compliance
• Drive treasury process improvements and support ERP/TMS system integration

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking
• Strong proficiency in TMS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of FX, debt markets, derivatives, and cash pooling structures
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication and stakeholder skills
