Job Title: Design Manager 
Salary: AED 23,000-28,000/month

A Dubai-based interior fit-out specialist is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the creative and technical delivery of commercial workplace projects. With over 25 years of regional expertise, the firm is known for its commitment to sustainability, quality craftsmanship, and client-focused design solutions. Their integrated approach combines design, build, and project management to create high-performance environments that enhance well-being and productivity.

Role Overview:
This role will oversee the design process from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, precision, and a passion for workplace innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development across multiple commercial interior projects
• Manage design teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ensure design compliance with local codes, sustainability goals, and brand standards
• Review and approve drawings, materials, and FF&E specifications
• Support tender documentation and value engineering processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design management within the fit-out or workplace sector
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, authority approvals, and sustainability frameworks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
