Site Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000/month

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing according to schedule
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to senior management
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and labor attendance
• Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits and inspections

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management within the interior fit-out or joinery sector
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishing standards
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English

• UAE driving license
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
