Head of Design – Interior Design & Fit-Out
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Our client is a Dubai-based interior design and fit-out firm with over a decade of experience delivering award-winning commercial and residential spaces. With more than 500 completed projects and over 2 million square feet of transformed interiors, they are known for their innovative, high-quality designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
 
Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Design to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative direction, technical expertise, and leadership experience to oversee the design process from concept to completion. This role is pivotal in maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence and innovation in the UAE market.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-impact interior design solutions
• Oversee the creative direction and ensure alignment with client vision and brand identity
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure design feasibility and execution
• Review and approve design concepts, presentations, and technical drawings
• Stay ahead of design trends and integrate innovative approaches into projects

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a design team in the interior fit-out industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and residential design leadership
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
