Job Summary:

A leading Chemicals industry solutions provider is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in the Saudi Arabian market. This role focuses on market development, client engagement, and sales growth across key industries, requiring a technical background in engineering or chemistry and expertise in industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Sales Growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Identify and engage with key customers across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, process engineers, and key decision-makers.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and tender submissions.
• Technical Sales & Product Expertise
• Work closely with clients' engineering and process teams to recommend tailored solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on specialized industrial applications and technologies.
• Market Research & Strategy Development
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and collaborate with technical teams to develop strategies.
• Customer Support & After-Sales Service
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Support product testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations at client sites.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 8-12 years of experience in technical sales and business development within relevant industrial sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of industry applications and solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with major industrial clients and key stakeholders in the region.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and market analysis.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
