Job Summary:

The Procurement Head will lead the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management of chemical raw materials, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and supply chain optimization. This strategic role requires expertise in global procurement, supplier negotiations, and supply chain management within the chemical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for chemical raw materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize costs while maintaining supplier partnerships.
• Monitor global market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procurement policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with business objectives.
• Oversee inventory management and logistics to maintain efficient operations.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, driving operational excellence and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in procurement within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of global chemical suppliers and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
