Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide expert guidance on coatings and construction chemicals, assisting clients with product selection, application techniques, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong technical background in chemistry or chemical engineering to support sales teams and customers with technical inquiries and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and product recommendations for coatings and construction chemicals.
• Assist clients with application techniques, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure technical accuracy in proposals and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, formulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, including specifications and application guidelines.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to improve product performance.

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Strong understanding of coatings and construction chemicals.
• Experience in technical support, product development, or application engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training and presentations for clients and teams.
