Job Description:
 
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the UAE and a strong desire to grow into a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
