Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly adept Procurement Officer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in procurement roles within an office fit-out company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process for office fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers to ensure materials are available as needed.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement roles within the office fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
