Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design to lead our client's dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and office fit-out projects, with over 5 years of experience in a Lead Interior Designer or Manager position.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion for residential and commercial fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of design services.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment within the design team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Interior Designer or in a Managerial role within the interior design industry.
• Proven experience in residential and office fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
