Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling various projects, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project timelines and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the UAE and KSA is a plus.
