Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE, with a strong background in design and build projects.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the UAE.
• Proven experience in design and build projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
