Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the fit-out industry and a proven track record within the design and build sector. Dubai experience is essential for this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the fit-out industry.
• Proven experience in the design and build sector.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and business environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
