Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 AED per month
 
Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimator to join our clients dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and workplace experience in cost estimation for large-scale projects. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times, and location.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure comprehensive cost estimation.
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare detailed reports or bids for management, clients, or project teams.
• Present and explain estimates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure costs remain within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator Lead.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
