Salary: 10,000 - 12,000 AED per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in fit-out projects and will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing cost estimates for projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Measure and value the work done on-site.
• Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost management.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates on financial status.
• Assist in resolving any contractual and commercial issues that may arise.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Some experience in quantity surveying within the fit-out industry is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the UAE.
