Salary: 15,000 - 35,000 AED per month

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create innovative and functional interior spaces that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their requirements and preferences.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the design concept and budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall project.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that the design is being implemented as planned.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the commercial or workplace sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Experience with sustainable design practices and materials.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Membership in a professional body such as ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) or similar.
