Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the Middle East market is a plus.
