Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our high-end fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP project management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs for MEP materials, labor, and equipment, and controlling expenses.
• Schedule and supervise the installation of MEP systems, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Perform quality control checks on MEP installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for MEP materials and services.
• Investigate and implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices to enhance project efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Experience with high-end fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and technologies.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
